FALL HIKING - PART 1

Due to the unusually warm and wet fall, we didn't see the usual dramatic fall colors.  However, I managed to get plenty of amazing pictures.

TERRARIUMS FEATURED IN ESQUIRE 2011 APARTMENT

Interior designer Campion Platt graciously asked me to include one of my terrariums in The 2011 Esquire Apartment 9th annual Ultimate Bachelor Pad.  The venue for this year's apartment is the Clock Tower in DUMBO.  The apartment is a 3 story, 7,000 square foot space with magnificent views of New York City. It features a 14-foot-high glass clock face on each wall of the main living area with 16 to 50 foot ceilings.  There are eight rooms; an interior private glass elevator; a three-story floating staircase; as well as an outdoor terrace with 360-degree views.

Campion designed the master bedroom (Esquire's Signature space) for Ermenegildo Zegna.

The space is open for various charity events from October 13th through then end of December to raise money for a number of charity events.
